Spirit of Golden Joinery
About Liz
I am a lifelong student of healing, personal growth, and spiritual exploration. My path has been guided by a deep curiosity about the connection between body, mind, spirit, and the many ways we can support our own healing and transformation.
Over the years, I have studied and practiced a wide range of healing modalities, including massage therapy, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy, Clarity Breathwork, sound healing, Thai bodywork, yoga, meditation, and intuitive development. While each modality offers unique benefits, they all share a common purpose: helping people reconnect with themselves and return to a greater sense of balance, wholeness, and well-being.
I believe that healing happens through connection ~ to ourselves, to one another, and to the wisdom already present within and around us. Whether through a private session, a restorative class, a sound journey, a Reiki training, or an intuitive development circle, my intention is always the same: to create a safe and supportive space where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.
Known for my warm, down-to-earth teaching style, I am passionate about building communities that support learning, healing, and growth. Through Reiki trainings, practitioner development groups, mentorship, workshops, retreats, and intuitive development circles, I love helping others discover practical tools for healing, deepen their intuition, and cultivate confidence in their unique gifts and abilities while we continue to grow and learn together.
Outside of my work, I am blessed with an incredible family, including two wonderful daughters, a son-in-law, a granddaughter, grand puppies, grand horses, a grand kitty, many grand chickens, a rooster named François, and a whole lot of ducks. They are a constant reminder of the joy, connection, and presence that make life meaningful.
My work is rooted in the belief that we are not broken and do not need fixing. Rather, healing is often a process of remembering, reconnecting, and returning home to ourselves.
I am honored to walk alongside others on that journey.
Spirit of Golden Joinery
Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, Spirit of Golden Joinery reflects the belief that our experiences, challenges, and transformations can become sources of strength, wisdom, and beauty.
Over time, this philosophy has evolved into something even deeper. It is the practice of gently reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten, protected, or left behind along life's journey.
Rather than focusing on what is broken, Spirit of Golden Joinery honors the wholeness that has always existed beneath the surface. It is an invitation to welcome home the pieces of ourselves that have been lost, hidden, or set aside and to weave them back into the tapestry of who we are.
The golden joinery is formed in the reconnection ~ between body and spirit, between intuition and action, between our experiences and our authentic selves.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is wholeness.
This is the Spirit of Golden Joinery.
Returning home to yourself.
Who I AM
Early Exploration
I discovered yoga through a VCR tape as a young adult, practicing intermittently, including during pregnancies while raising my girls in Maine.
Deepening Practice
I discovered Hot Yoga and Bikram Yoga, which I mixed into my practices to complement 5K training.
Transformative Period
With a major life change which led to a back injury, I found a deeper connection with yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra.
Meditation and Retreats
I continued to deepen my meditation practice which helped me realize how important this time to recover was. I experienced wonderful silent Buddhist retreats at the Insight Meditation Society teaching me deepening my connection with Buddhist philosophy.
Arizona Chapter
Moving to Arizona, I immersed myself into spiritual growth and experienced new practices, such as Tai Chi, Sound Healing, and Kundalini Yoga. I studied Transformational Life Coaching at SWIHA and became a Reiki 2 Practitioner with Healing Source LLC.
Teaching and Coaching
I returned to the Northeast, completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Harmony Yoga, and began teaching yoga classes, coaching women, and co-developing the Intuitive Development Group in Southern Maine.
Advanced Certifications
My studies continued, becoming a Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner, Gong Master from SWIHA, and Yoga Nidra certification.
Clarity Breathwork
As my career developed, my life changed, I studied and completed 400+ hours of Clarity Breathwork training, becoming a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner.
Recent Endeavors
Since arriving in Cape Cod in 2022, I’ve studied with the Internal Family Systems Coaching Program, became a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapy Master Instructor, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Thai Massage Therapist, LMT (Licensed massage therapist and MBLEX certified), and Polarity Therapist.

🌟 My Core Values
Presence
I believe healing begins with being seen, heard, and held, without judgment, without urgency. I bring my full presence to every session, creating a space where you can safely soften, release, and return to yourself.
Integrity
My work is guided by intuition. Every modality I share is one I’ve lived, studied, and continue to deepen.
Sacred Simplicity
There is wisdom in slowing down. In stillness, breath, and subtle shifts, we often find the most profound healing. My practice honors this by offering sessions that are spacious, gentle, and deeply restorative.
Wholeness
I see you as whole, not broken, not needing to be “fixed.” Whether you're navigating change, seeking relief, or simply remembering your inner light, my role is to support your innate ability to heal.
Respect & Boundaries
I hold a strong, clear container for this work. That includes honoring time, energy, and ethical practice, for both myself and those I serve. Mutual respect creates the safety and structure needed for true transformation.
Co-creation
Healing is not something I do to you. I trust your body, your intuition, and your timing. My role is to walk beside you, offering tools, touch, and presence as you reconnect with your own wisdom.
