As a Clarity Breathwork practitioner, Liz offers private and group sessions supporting you in this powerful process of healing and transformation. Breathwork allows us to fully breath into our cells, increasing energy, creativity, clearing old, stuck energy, negative patterns and conditioning, as well as negative thoughts and emotions. You will feel more energetic, expand your consciousness and release what you have been holding. Through this inner shift, peace arises, forgiveness is enhanced and you will feel a greater sense of self love. Your Breathwork session may be done in person or virtual, beginning with discussion around your current life, what you may know about your birth, your childhood and family patterns. You will then be guided in the gentle, supported breathing practice. Here in the breath unraveling happens and through the breath work process, tensions stored on a cellular level are dissolved, allowing you to experience more aliveness and inner peace. Energy Healing
Liz offers Energy Healing using a combination of Modalities. These modalities may include; Reiki, IET, Sound, Guided Meditation and channeled messages. Through Energy Healing, the flow of vital life force opens within your body and energy field, allowing you to receive channeled healing energy. This practice clears physical, emotional and energetic blocks, improving the energy flow in the body enabling relaxation, relieving pain, and speeding healing. Your energy session will focus on your individual needs and intention, drawing upon the many gentle modalities Liz offers for your desired outcome. Yin Yoga
A Meditative practice turning inward, opening blockages and releasing stuck energy. Yin Yoga is part science and part spirit. Holding poses on the floor or wall for 3-10 minutes each, brings stillness, strength and hydration to the connective tissues throughout our bodies. This includes deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, areas critical to maintaining proper mobility and flexibility as we age. A mini Yoga Nidra session during Shavasana, completes this class. Combined, these practices improve the health of your brain, immune system, reduce blood pressure and bring awareness, joy and wellbeing to your life.
