The Light Within

Today is May 31st, an incredible time of year on the Cape, it is floral and budding with many promises.  Promises of what Spring creates.  What then happens in the heat of the summer?  The balance of Solstice, the quiet, internal flame burning and desiring, but it is still so quiet.
Some may have a hard time sitting in this stillness with the fire burning within. It's the creating of the Springtime, creation of the work you have put forth, internal and external.  Bathe in this beauty, this light.  Surrender to the heat and the quiet.  Breathe in the challenge, meet and release it with east.  Allow it to flow up and out of your crown - creating a beautiful golden bubble around you.  This bubble will hold you, soften your fight, allow your flame to breathe safely with ease, in the quiet of the summer heat
.

The Name!

How my business name came about and What Does it Mean?
I had felt like parts of myself were broken after failed relationships and I struggled with self confidence. I didn't know who I was, I wasn't connected to my true self and certainly didn't listen to my gut or intuition at all. By quieting my mind, looking at different parts of myself and allowing them to share what they needed, I have transformed my fear and sadness into love, compassion and curiosity. I feel whole, calm, centered and grateful.
While explaining to my coach how I see broken parts of self beautifully re-sutured through spiritual connection, I realized the gold connecting the parts resembled “Kintsugi”, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with seams of gold. Spirit of Golden Joinery came to me in a way that brought love into my heart and tears to my eyes. It holds all I believe in, simply stated. All that I want to share with others.
I'm proud to offer my services, groups and community.  Please reach out to me if you have questions or would like to talk about working together.

I’m a recent transplant to Cape Cod, relocating from the tri-state area, a region long recognized for being ahead of the curve in health and wellness trends.
As a BSN, RN by education, I look for science-based evidence to support any healing practice or claim and the integrity of those offering it.
Liz’s credentials speak for themselves. She integrates several proven modalities within the healing arts to uncover the root causes of dis-ease or imbalance in the body. Though petite in stature, she possesses a remarkable ability to hold space for profound emotional and energetic release, allowing deep personal healing, forgiveness, and growth.

I wholeheartedly recommend studying with Liz, whether your path leads you to Reiki certification, intuitive guidance, yoga, or simply quiet time on her table. Let your deep healing journey begin.

Polarity Therapy:
I had the good fortune to work with Liz throughout her six month Polarity training. As in all the modalities for which Liz has trained, she approached Polarity with an uncanny understanding, incredible dedication and passion. Her intuition and knowledge of other modalities deepened her ability to quickly grasp the concepts and complexity of this energy work. While in her training, each session I had with Liz focused on different concepts being taught. As the sessions continued, the seamless weaving of of all the techniques melded together beautifully. Every session with Liz left me feeling lighter and more balanced. Liz has a blend of professionalism along with the ability of making you feel comfortable, supported and cared for that is not easily found. Her desire to bring healing and the greatest and highest good to each client is truly inspirational and is why she is my go to for healing, energy work, massage and to just feel better!

Reiki Training:
I had the privilege of completing my Reiki I training with Liz, and I can’t recommend her highly enough as a Reiki Master and teacher. From the start, Liz was incredibly thoughtful and organized, sending a detailed training booklet in advance so we could begin our learning with a solid foundation.
The two-day structure of the training was perfect, allowing us to focus on learning and discussion on the first day and then fully immerse ourselves in hands on practice and the attunement process the next. Liz is warm, enthusiastic, and deeply compassionate, creating a safe and supportive environment for all her students. She welcomes questions at any point and makes space for everyone's voice, encouraging collaboration and personal reflection.
What stood out most was her accessibility, not only during the training, but before and after as well. Liz truly cares about her students' growth and journey. If you’re considering Reiki certification, I wholeheartedly recommend Liz. Her energy, knowledge, and approach to teaching make the experience meaningful and empowering.

Home Clearing:
Liz was a delight to meet and very professional. She explained everything throughly that she would be applying and the modalities that would be used in the process. When I returned home you could tell the house had a different feel. There was a sense of peace and clarity. The fragrance was an uplifting and beautiful scent. The positive energy and the home atmosphere was soft and tranquil. Liz explained in detail of what she encountered and the energy in the house. You could tell by the emotions and the physical strength of Liz that is why the house felt so calm. To be honest I was a skeptic to have this done but after the clearing by Liz I am a true believer. Liz my boys and I thank you plus they love the stones that were left.

To find us, take exit 75 off of US-6. Head south towards Sea Dog Brew Pub and Stop & Shop. From Station Ave, turn onto Forsythe Ave. Take a left to pull into the Dunkin Donuts entrance, but keep driving through the parking lot and take a right instead of a left to go through the drive-thru.
