Yoga Nidra: Yogic Deep Sleep with Awareness.
Yoga Nidra brings relaxation and tension relief from every day stressors and strengthens resiliency, short and long term memory, mindfulness, ability to breathe fully and deeply, visualization, concentration, heals connection with self and much more. Private sessions allow personally focused meditations while group sessions provide an overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits. Sessions may be held “in-person” or “distant”, and may be purchased as individual sessions or as a package. Packages are suggested as multiple sessions offer the greatest benefits.
Yin Yoga: A Meditative practice turning inward, opening blockages and releasing stuck energy.
Yin Yoga is part science and part spirit. Holding poses on the floor or wall for 3-10 minutes each, brings stillness, strength and hydration to the connective tissues throughout our bodies. This includes deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bones, areas critical to maintaining proper mobility and flexibility as we age. A mini Yoga Nidra session during Shavasana, completes this class. Combined, these practices improve the health of your brain, immune system, reduce blood pressure and bring awareness, joy and wellbeing to your life.
Chakra Clearing: Gentle movement and meditation to clear blocked energy centers.
During this gentle movement and meditation class, we focus on releasing blocked energy in the main Chakra system. Private sessions may include a combination of offerings, intuitively guided, sound, movement, and meditation.
