Polarity Therapy is a gentle yet profound healing art that works with the body’s natural energy systems to restore harmony and balance on all levels; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Rooted in the understanding that life energy flows through specific pathways, this holistic modality blends energy-based bodywork, breath awareness, reflexology, gentle movement, and lifestyle guidance to help you realign with your innate state of well-being.
When energy becomes stagnant or blocked, due to stress, trauma, emotional tension, or lifestyle imbalance, it can manifest as discomfort or dis-ease. Polarity Therapy helps uncover and release these holding patterns, creating space for the body and spirit to reset, renew, and heal.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a heart centered consultation to assess your individual needs and intentions. From there, you will be guided into deep relaxation as Liz applies a variety of techniques, including:
Light energy holds
Gentle rocking, stretching, or shaking
Acupressure and reflexology points
Breathwork to support release and flow
Comfortable clothing is worn throughout the session, and your body is honored and supported every step of the way.
At the close of your session, Liz may offer simple practices or insights such as mindful movement, meditative breathwork, or food awareness, to carry the healing forward into your daily life.
