It blends elements of yoga, acupressure, and assisted stretching to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, and relieve tension. Performed on a comfortable mat on the floor, this practice allows the practitioner to use their body weight to facilitate deep, mindful stretching and energy flow. This practice encourages a profound sense of balance and well-being while restoring vitality and flow in the body. |
