Together, we explore practices that deepen your connection with your intuition, energy, inner guidance, spirit, and guides. Each gathering may include guided meditation, energetic awareness exercises, discussion, and opportunities to practice sensing energy, listening to your inner voice, and developing greater trust and confidence in your intuitive gifts.
No experience is required. Whether you are just beginning to explore your intuition or have been walking this path for some time, you are welcome here. This circle offers a supportive and grounded space to deepen your awareness, strengthen your discernment, share with others, and grow together.

AromaMeditation with special guest Ruah Bull
Aromameditation is an intuitive practice that develops our ability to listen to and create a personal relationship with an essential oil and its deva, or plant spirit. There are general teachings about the spiritual gifts of various oils, but they frequently have a specific and unique teaching for each person, and this inner imagery process allows you to explore what that is for you. Bring a favorite oil..a single oil rather than a blend, preferably organic..to engage with as teacher, guide, companion, additional oils will be provided. Participants will also create a chakra blend by using the body's energetic responses and guidance.
Ruah Bull MA,MEd, is the co author of three classic books on subtle aromatherapy and frequently incorporates essential oils into her practice as a spiritual director as a way to expand consciousness and explore the spiritual path.
