I’m excited to share something new! This past weekend, I took an introductory Foot Zoning class ~ imagine reflexology on steroids!
It’s an incredibly detailed and intuitive approach to understanding how the body holds and releases energy through the feet.
I’ll be integrating some of these new pathways into my sessions to help identify and release what the body may be holding onto; emotionally, energetically, or physically.
Meanwhile, I’m offering a complimentary 15-minute add-on, focused on the feet, to any scheduled appointment for the rest of this year (2025). Message me if interested!

These circles have been incredible ~ we’ve held three sessions so far, and each one has been filled with depth, laughter, and genuine connection.
Together, we’ve explored guided meditations and visualizations, practiced intuitive readings both energetically and with oracle cards, and shared meaningful discussions around spiritual hygiene and trusting our intuition.
Each gathering is a space to practice, grow, and remember the language of your intuition. All levels are encouraged!
